Organ Time

3 to 5 am - Lung


It is good to wake up at this hour. The ozone content in atmosphere will be more at this time.Which will give a new lease of energy if we practice breathing exercise,yogasana and mediation. Asthma patient cannot sleep in this time and will suffer breath lessness.



5 to 7 am - Large Intestine

If a person get up in this time,he will not have constipation problem.If bowel ' s movement, taking bath in cold water is finished during this time,then he will not have any nervous debility.


7 to 9 am - Stomach

Breakfast should be completed in this time.


9 to 11 am - Spleen

One shall not eat or drink anything during this time.Not even a drop of water.If food is taken in this time it will increase body temperature,tiredness will increase and digestion power will come down.particularly diabetic patients will suffer from palpitation,drowsiness etc.


11 to 1 am - Heart

Only water can be taken at this time. One shall neither do any hard work nor sleep at this time. Otherwise carbon-di-oxide will get mixed more with oxygen and chance of getting heart attack or paralytic or body pain. Generally doctors will be on high hospitals during this because heart and diabetic patients may get heart attack in this time.


1 to 3 am -Small Intestine

After finishing lunch in this time 5 minutes of rest can be taken just by closing eyes.Sleep shall be avoided.


3 to 5 pm - Urinary Bladder

It is the right time for coffee,tea or juice etc.


5 to 7 pm -Kidney

This is the tirelax from routine work otherwise renal failure or urinary infection may trouble.


7 to 9 pm - Pericardium ( Heart Wall )

Supper should have been finished during this hour. Otherwise palpitation or chest pain may arise.


9 to 11 pm - Temperature Warmer

This is the time to recharge the organs that worked since morning. So one shall go down to sleep and avoid reading books, watching TV or working with office files.


11 to 1 pm - Gall Bladder

One must sleep during this time otherwise one will not have any energy for next daywork.


1 to 3 am - Liver


This is the time for deep sleep. Otherwise it will affect eye-sight and body irritation.Living in accordance with the above listed clock of organs enchanced with yogasanas will illuminate health.

There are 12 important organs in our body. Which will be at its peak for two hours a day.Normal health or disease of any person is dependent on this factor. To lead a healthy lifeone should learn one 's own body functioning language.

Acupuncture is the art and developed as the science. This is purely based on the five

elements theory. The element present in the universe is also preseni in the human

body. Human body is nothing but the small universe. The five element are follows.

These twelve organs are having their high functioning time of 2 hours in the 24 hours.

what is Acupuncture

Acupuncture is the extrenal for internal disorders. The treatment is carried out by inserting acupuncture needles at various pre-determined points over the body. This book is in two sections. The first 'Su Wen' ( simple questions) contains the principles ofgeneral medicine, and the second 'Ling Shu' (Magic Gate or Spiritual Pivot) describes varioustherapeutic methods (1)Herbal acupuncture (2) Moxibustion, (3) Surgery.The use of metal needles had evolved by the time of Huang Di Neijing. This book also contains information aboutchannels. (meridians), acupuncture points, needles, methods of insertion, diseases, etc.edicaldiagnosis at that time was based upon pulse diagnosis. The dyty of the doctor was to instruct the patient how to keep himself fit and prevention was given more importan.
